Welcome to Caring Touch Massage, I am Michele Greiner and have been a Massage Therapist since 1998.  I specialize in Swedish Massage,  Deep Tissue Massage, Repetative Use Injury Therapy, Stretching, Chair Massage, and British Sports Therapy.

Thank you for stopping into my website.

My hopes and prayers are that you can find answers to your questions, your hurts, your aches, whether they are physical or emotional. That is my desire; that is my passion.

Never give up on yourself or your quest for knowledge. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Sometimes by just looking up into the skies we find our answers.

Massage Therapist’s Prayer

Let me dedicate my life today

To the care of those who come my way.

Let me touch each one with healing hands,

And the gentle art for which I stand.

Let the divine force flow from me to you

Let our energy and spirit renew.

And when tonight when day is done

Let me rest in peace if I helped just one

I have come to the realization that, while massage
could have been thought of in the past as a luxury, it
now seems it could be called a necessity for this fast
paced world we live in.

How can we stop the whirlwind that sometimes overtakes us emotionally & physically?

  • ‘Take 5’ more often, stop and smell the roses, honeysuckle or even a dandelion, catch a firefly, sit by a bonfire, listen to the breeze in the trees, truly feel the sun on your face.
  • Most importantly breathe! Breathe in like you are trying to capture the most wonderful aroma your nose has smelt and you don’t want the smell to end.
  • Practice "747's" .......... Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds, filling stomach 1st, chest 2nd, hold for 4 seconds, then slowly release through your mouth for 7 seconds, it takes practice.
  • Just close your eyes and visualize. You know what your mind is capable of, use it to 'de-stress'. Go back to t he place & time that just melts your cares away.
  • With each breath comes the life giving source oxygen. It fills us and then releases our neck, shoulders, arms and body. Oxygen is the life force of healing. So when you breathe, don’t just breathe, breathe like you are on a mission.

Of course I would suggest a massage…that’s my love & my business. But along with that, I would also like to offer you ideas & suggestions to help you help yourself…that is my passion, my hopes, my prayers. If there is anything I know, it is that when a person feels right with themselves they are more apt to be right with the world. So enter this site in peace…and peace to all who enter.
